Our dishes are much more than just the sum of their parts. We don't just offer a choice of meats and vegetables, but a choice of style. Together we can create menus which have a meaning; that can tell tales of enchanted woodlands, alpine mountains or rolling seas. Or of course you could just have some great ingredients elegantly plated like a fine dining restaurant. It really is whatever floats your boat, but our dedication to great taste and breathtaking presentation remains constant no matter what direction you want to take.

We are based in a time and place that offers great local ingredients. The West Country has always had fantastic meats, seafood, fruits and vegetables but lately there has been an awakening of the old ways; and we are able to source amazing artisan breads, cheeses, air dried meats, wines and craft beers, line caught fish and foraged goods from the local area. And we have built our own smoke house too, so if you want this amazing produce lifted to new heights with the flavor of natural wood smoke and without artificial preservatives just let us know.
